Our handheld Track & Trace devices represent an important upgrade to our SENERGY systems. These units, currently being deployed throughout our network, capture information at the point of handoff. You want to know where your money is. With Track & Trace, our guards can scan deposit bags, change orders or other items into our SOFI system enabling us to track movement from pickup through delivery.

The Track & Trace units, which will in time be issued to all frontline guards, enable a superior ability to capture and route cargo information, document service metrics, research transactions, encourage more efficient exchanges and reduce the risk of misunderstanding or lost shipments.

In developing the Loomis Track & Trace technology, our Operations and IT professionals studied systems in use in our European operations as well as other alternatives, then adapted with new generation software design to craft an answer exceptionally well-suited to our operating environment. The result is a very flexible, efficient and integrated solution which is easy to use and provides quality data to better manage operations and respond to customer needs.
